The primary mission of Luitpold Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Luitpold Pharmaceuticals) and its divisions, American Regent, Inc., Osteohealth Company, and Luitpold Animal Health, is to provide safe, effective, high quality pharmaceutical products in accordance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations and in conformity with Luitpold Pharmaceutical's stringent internal quality standards. As such, based upon a good faith belief and understanding of certain legal requirements, Luitpold Pharmaceuticals, Inc. hereby declares the Company's compliance with the law established by the California state legislature in SB 1765 (California Compliance Law) as codified at Cal. Health and Safety Code Sec. 119400-119402, and the standards recommended by Office of Inspector General (OIG) Compliance Program Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers.
